Who knows where to buy eye primer in Canada?

This is related to my previous question: Who knows why my eyeshadow keeps smudging?

Someone told me to use eye primer and mentioned Urban Decay but is that store in Canada or USA? And where can I find it in Canada(Winnipeg)?

Sephora should have the Urban Decay primer you’re talking about so check and see if you have a Sephora near where you live. Sephora is usually at the mall. Another thing that I personally like to use as a primer which could be helpful to you is concealor. Like before you put on any eyeshadow just blend some concealor or foundation on your lid. It surprisingly works well. But that’s up to you if you wanted to do that
