Whats a fast way that I can whiten my teeth..without using whitening strips??

what I used was listerine mouth wash (the purple liquid one) morning and night and it was whitening my teeth as it freshened my breath.

umm I heard of a couple things to do. like 1 was drink a lot of milk… and I heard if a guy cums in your mouth an you like swush it around in your mouth for while it makes your teeth whiter! I have never tried it I just heard

if you dont want to use strips… avoid eating and drinking food that colourse your teeth eg coffee etc dont smoke and clean your teeth like 5-6 times a day
