Get the whitening strips that they sell over the counter. The Crest Whitening Strips are the best for using in the morning before you brush your teeth or at night before you brush your teeth. But the Listerine Dissolving Whitening Strips aren’t bad either and they dissolve so they’re good on the go.

I’ve used both. They both worked, and unless you keep using them they won’t over whiten your teeth if you just use one box.
