Where can I find something like prada's 2007 fringe bag?

I absolutely love the leather fringe prada bag of 2007, but of course prada is way out of my price range right now, does anyone know where I could find something like it? Google it if you don’t know what I am talking about, it has also been seen on celebs like mary-kate olsen and eva longoria. Its so hot.

if you know what you’re looking for exactly, I would check out different stores in the mall & even stores like Target carry popular styles of purses much like those that celebs are seen carrying.. also, flea markets tend to have a great deal of fake brand name bags like Prada = you might be able to find something like that there?
