What's a good thing to use while tanning that won't cause bad sunburn (not tanning lotion)?

If u put baby oil on ur just about guaranteed to burn and look like a lobster

No, it is not. Buy the baby oil made to put on babies when in the sun. It doesnt make your skin oily, or burn it.

I honestly wouldn’t sun tan. Just get the fake stuff because you don’t want to get skin cancer do you? It’s a bad idea to tan and I’m against it really. Just use some really good fake tanning lotion or spray

lol, I use worse, not just sun tan lotion but also a carrot based tanning product but also is against uv rays so its amazing & I get an amazing color…bcz of my Mideastern skin type I dont need to sit out for too long, 30 mins is more then enough for me per day. :P There are a lot of products out there..just check out ur nearest cvs store/rite aid or walgreens in the section for summer. Hawaiian tropics/banana boat/la express/jergens,but take into consideration that you will burn if you stay in the sun for more then 30 mins no matter how much sunblock you have on. Try sitting in the shade, you will get some rays but not get burned!

ive used two different tanning lotions/sprays even a tan extender none of them really worked i was still really pale

To be honest my favorite is Hawaiian Tropics (the dark tanning lotion.) It really works like a charm..
