its just there to help the eye shadow stay like she says, or could use anything for this. i use a concealer pencil for when i put eyeshadow on, that works fine. hope this helps!

Its a NYX Jumbo pencil in white, I think? The product is a creme eyeliner pencil that can be used as a base to help the eyeshadows stick on the lid and last longer.

It is a primer pencil. You can get primers from most good make up brands, they are just like a base coast that your make up can stick to. Primers can also be used for under foundation on the rest of your face and don’t necessarily have to be in pencil form.
