What tips are there for a teenage boy shaving his facial hair ?

Im beginning to wanting to shave my facial hair, I’ve got dark hair so it is noticable. What tips can you give on shaving my facial hair off ?

shave with shaving cream and go with the grain on the first few passes then shave against the grain and finally use after shave to prevent razor burn
