What should I eat for my 7 day meal plan?

Hi, I am making a 7 day meal plan to eat healthier and gain weight. I am 17, 5’11 and 155 pounds. I go to the gym three times a week and I am suppose to consume 3100 kcal daily. If you can come up with a meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks I would really appriciate it. Thanks.

Another idea Start off with 2cups of water every morning before you eat anything this will fill you so you dont over eat plus youre supposed to drink 8 cups through out your day every day. Breakfast: Kellogs flakes with chopped up starwberries mixed w/ milk cup of orange juice piece of toast

lunch: salad, or a veggie burger sandwich, or a burrito w/ juice

snack: carrot sticks or apple slices or granola bar/trail mix

dinner: fish w/ rice and beans juice

you should avoid red meats by sticking w/ white meats fish and poultry avoid anything made with yeast such as pasta, beer, bread ect., yeast can create fat that hard to keep off you should try and eat more super foods (google super foods to find out more) and less of everything else When cooking slightly use margrine or a cooking spray, butter or tons of oil isn’t healthy, STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD it’s murder!

This is s omething I usually do..But you should really just call your doctor or dietitioner and have him/her to put you on a diet (that way its right for you and you will STICK to it and take it more seriously.)

Breakfast Honey Nut Cheerios Fruit Water or Juice

Lunch Whatever Your School Serves or Lean Cuisine, Hot Pocket, Salad, or Grilled Chicken Sandwich (Light or No Mayo) Fruit or Veggie Water, Milk, or Juice

Snack 100 Calorie Pack Snacks (Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Doritos or Any) Fruit or Light Sandwich (wheat bread) or Waffers Water, Juice or Milk

Dinner BACKED for GRILLED chicken OVER fried steam brocolli, green veggies or corn light desert (Sherbert ice cream) OR healthy take-out (Subway,Quiznos,Deli Sandwich) water (flavoured) or juice diet drinks arent really that good for you but theyre ok from time to time
