What should I do when caught between 2 guys?

Well this is really long, but I need help. I’m 16 years old with a 3 month old baby. My baby’s father’s name is Tony and he’s is 18. Well I just recently broke up with the father of my baby after a year and a half. He kept lying to me and hurting me and I couldn’t take it anymore. Well he wants to get back with me. I love him yeah but I don’t want to be with him anymore. I’ve been talking to someone else who Tony used to work with whose name is Mike. I really like Mike a lot, but here’s the thing, he’s 23. My mom likes him. She says as long as I am happy then thats okay. But if my ex Tony and his mom ever found out about Mike they would take me to court and try to get custody of the baby. Most people would be like okay, someone who is 23 wouldn’t be with a 16 year old with a baby. and they’d say he just wants sex. but Mike isnt like that I know he isnt. we’ve been talking for a long time. I can almost say I love mike, but I kinda miss tony. ugh I don’t know what to do. any advice?

you shouldn’t not get with Mike just because you’re scaired of your x. if you like him you should go for it.

if your baby is being propaly looked after the corts wouldn’t renounce custerdy.

well if tony hurt you, you dont need that stress being a young mum and all, but you shouldn’t have to stay with tony just to please him- let him take you to court ! you dont want to be unhappy! and its most proberly an empty threat he proberly wont even take you to court and if he does dig up the dirt on him! your young and have a baby you’ve got anough on your plate without having too be unhappy too! I like mike he sounds nice :) and if your mum likes him then go for it girl!!!
