Okay, so I have binge eating disorder... (that's what all of my questions are about, anyway...)
And my parents lock every junk food away from me... My aunt, who I used to be very close with, sent me a bag of candies, and ate it all in one day so I wouldn't get to it!
I feel so bad about this, and my nutritionist says it's really bad for them to do that... But I also want to stay away from those foods so I don't gain too much weight..
So I was wondering... If I should stay away from those foods, what should I buy? I have a teenage sister in my house, so it will be hard to convince my parents to get rid of the foods I binge on. How can I convince my dad to buy me that stuff?
Girl its all about portion control eat more healthy then junk food,,,
taking it away from you is only going to make you want it more and when your 18 you can do what you please and you wont know how to control your self what your parents are doing is basically saying iwont help you I will only stop you so when you get older and ecide to ruin your life by eating this way it will be your own fault and you cant blam us thats what your aprents are doing
this fast food/crap food si every were chances are your going to eat it but limit your self or buy like the mini candy bars and only have one ounce a day or if you do good on a test see them as a reward not as like this horrible thing you just gotta have because that will destroy you
think before you put $hit into your mouth
Well you should buy low calorie foods that are still sweet! Get lots of berries (blueberries, blackberries and strawberries all have under 50 calories per cup)! Also wheat thins and chocolate nutrition bars are good to satisfy junkfood cravings while not actually eating really bad foods. However, this is not going to be easy to just kick this eating disorder by buying healthier, low calorie foods. It will take willpower and confidence to get over this! Good luck and hope I helped :) xx
