  yea I used to cut also. but when my boyfriend found out he told my mom and they sent me 2 a psyc ward for 3days. and I had to therapy and im on antidepressants. Let me ask you this, do you cut because you want to die, or because you need a release?? if you cut because you want to die, after its all over, does the feeling of wanting to die go away or does it stay?email me dnreed06@yahoo.com

  As for a solution... get help for the depression... Its the only thing that will stop the cutting or the urge to symptom substitute...

  like thedude said.. seek help. but always wear a rubber band around your wrist. when you get that urge... snap it!
