Just curious. What is the healthiest meal at McDonalds. And I am talking about their Medium French Fries to their Burgers to the Beverage.
Ok, don't get a salad, at least not with the dressing! While salad can seem like an innocent choice, the dressings will kill you! I'm not sure which one, but I read that one McDonald's salad has over 750 calories! EEK! I don't eat McDonald's, but personally, I would get any lean white chicken (grilled if possible). Skip the mayonnaise, get some tomatoes and lettuce as toppings. I guess apple dipper things would be ok, just be careful about the sauce. Also, I think I read in Seventeen (haha yes, my awesomely reliable source) McDonald's prints their nutrition facts on the wrappers. You just have to look for them because I'm not sure if they actually want you knowing! And finally, you could try asking at McDonald's but I doubt they'd know. Oh, actually you could try a book that I love called: 'Eat this, not that!' It goes through a ton of restaurants and tells you the healthiest, and the worst things to eat there. Hope I helped, and good for you for wanting to eat healthy, more people should think that way! haha
There is NO salad dressing at Mcdonald's that has 750 calories. The highest calorie count of any of their dressings is Newman's Own Ranch, which has 170. That's not exactly lite, but it's not 750 either.
If you're only going by calorie count, a salad and lite vinaigrette dressing is the way to go. Even the Caesar salad with croutons comes in under 200 calories with a lite dressing.
That grilled chicken sandwich that foreverlaidback recommended comes in at between 400 and 500 calories, depending on which variety you get. Eat two salads and you're still doing better than that.
I would just go to A&W. At least there burgers are made with real beef.
Spicy veggie delis are well nice, and around 300 cals.
