I smoke pot once a week to relax. Which effects does it have will it have any long term effects on me if I only smoke it once a week?
it depends on the person really. I know a man who is basically a vegetable from one time but thats a pretty extreme case. I dont think we know enough about how the brain works to say for sure but considering it increases dopamine levels and too much dopamine can lead to mental disorders like schitzophrenia I wouldnt want to take chances myself.
There are no medical issues about smoking pot. Keep on smoking! There are no long term effects, there is not a single death from weed, and it makes you feel great. Don't listen to anyone who says otherwise.
Probably lung cancer or eczema. (you don't have to be a chronic smoker to develop issues with your lungs). Other than that once a week shouldn't bring any other problems.
Just don't use any kind of drugs its dumb!!!. I don't care how good it feels!.
Probably none, although you may become a fan of new types of music.
