What does everyone think of the New Rap?

Well 200-2010 Rap is so diff from Real undergroound rap/hip-hop… Im just wondering does anyone like or dislike the rap that is out right now.. to me it seems it has no meaning or saying in it.. personally its rather ugly to me and in a way halirious how rappers rap and how hip hop beats are now in days any one agree or diagree

I agree!! I used to really like 90’s rap like public enemy theyre raps had meaning, and a point. it wasnt just some shallow rap song about some *honeyz down at da club” ugghh or their bloody new car I HATE new rap and hip hop its stupid, pointless, and corrupt.

Yeah I totally agree. Rap nowadays isn’t about anything, like in the early 90’s A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, The Roots and other groups rapped about current social issues, discrimination and even AIDs. Rap just doesn’t have the same substance as it used to.

on the contrary some rap today actually has meaning now i like old school to but you have to give respect to some songs and the beats are fantastic in most if your into intramental

i love rap but only underground horrorcore,hate scene rap,and i dont mean icp,tech n9ne,they either suck or to mainstream
