What do you think is it too much excersie? Or not enoguh?

I play baseball 3 times a week, and nights I’m free on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday,so thoughs nights I run a 5km then take Sunday off. But by the time the weekend come I’m so tired. Do you think I’m just burning myself out or ?? Maybe should lay of excersising ??

I think at your age you really are exerscising a bit too much and thats not very good for your development and especially if your already a fine weight or underweight you should tone down the exerscise if you feel tired at the end of the week
