How much should a 40year female with a medium bone structure weigh?

I wouldn’t worry about weight. If you’re asking, then most likely you are healthy and just wondering if you should drop a couple more pounds. I know as you get older your metabolism slows, and also after having kids (if that’s a factor). So don’t worry if you’re a little heavier than you were at 20 or 30. If you still want to know, google a BMI calculator. You just have to know your height and weight. It will tell you what you want to know.

I dont think the age has any bearing on it but the height does.
