no computer. The library or some public place is a good to go to cuz i feel i have too many distractions at home. i usually listen to music when i do my math. Turn phone on silent and just concentrate on what im doing. Then reward myself with a snack or something when i get a subject completed.

Put the phone away, shut the computer down and all of the stuff, find a quite place where you are away from that stuff, and take some snacks in, like a granola bar, or an apple and something to drink, so you don’t have to get up to get something and risk getting distracted by something else.

I start looking for uni program requirements and the next day when i have nothing to hand in i realize staring at schulich business school isnt going to get me into it

Anything that is electronic must be let be out of sight. Do some outdoor activities if it’s not cold or snowy in your area.

I always do my work at college/school/uni that way I’m not tempted to play games or watch tv.

By Getting in the car for a smoke…………………………………1 hour later home work is still unfinish………………………Get back in the car……………………….and eventually sleep…..
