Just wanted to know: Why is water so important to losing weight? Just curious, I've read a lot of tips on weight loss and they all emphisize drinking water. WHY?
probaby because it has not sugar, calories, it's just not fattening, you can drink a ton of it, its healthy plus, if you drink a bottle of coke when your on adiet, thats a lot of calories gone.
also if you feel hungry whe nyour on adiet, you can drink some water and your not actually hungry your body just thinks it it when it's actually thirsty and doesnt need food, but if your hungry after drinking a lot of water then you need to eat something.
I may be all wrong but I think it's because water cleans out your system and it has 0 calories. It help fills you up without the extra calories. I heard it really works. Eat less and drink more water.
Hope I helped but I think the more knowledgable people will be a bigger help. I've never been on a diet before. Note: I have a lot of respect for people who are on diets.
drinking lots of course important so you don't dehydrate and can help you feel full, therefore not want to eat.
I think it flushes stuff out to.
it also helps with water-weight.
It boosts metabolism by 5 percent and plays a key role in keeping your stomach full. At zero calories it also allows you to eat more on a diet.
