You knows dreams where you just can't wake up ? How do you get out of those ?
I have those dreams constantly, and the only was I can seem to wake up is when end up screaming or crying or roll off the bed ^_^ sometimes the reason you don't wake up is because you are tired, and then add stress and you get a dream that you don't enjoy haha
only depends on the type of dream...you go through 4 or so stages of REM (4 dreams) but you cannot wake up from them unless you are in a lucid state. look up lucid dreaming and youll be able to have more control over your sleep cycle.
You must have a kick. You need a kick to wake you, either in reality or in the dream. The only evidences of kicks come from falling and shooting one's self.

If I have had a night mare, i often wake up crying. If it is not a night mare, obviously just open my eyes, change my side and go to sleep again.
Usually screaming, lol. You wake up when you're ready to wake up ... if you can't wake up, then it's simply because you need more sleep.
Never had that problem, but I often wake up from some goofy dream laughing especially the weird nightmares I sometimes have.
By shoving the covers over me and praying I can get back to sleep! xD
