How can I help myself from being/becoming violent?
meditation, , or sit down comfortably and close your eyes. Take in deep breaths and whenever you let the breath out, say out loud, "relax". Count backwards from a chosen number in your head, and every time you say a number think "sooth"
These simple things done in the morning can drastically lower your stress level, and relax you so you wont get so upset all the time.
you know in your mind that you don't want to be violent so thats the best start, are you violent right now? when your mad or extremely upset if you handle it without violence than theres a good chance you wont become violent
