I'm a sophmore and I'm not obease but I would like to get in shape and become healthier. My friends are all gymnasts and volleyball players and they are in great shape and I want to be able to do things that can physically challenging and everything. I don't like being the 135 pound girl anymore. I want to change. Summer is comming and I would love to be in shape by then but I just cant seem to resist my snacking and my mom keeps buying all these unhelathy foods even when I ask her not to. Please if anybody has any advice on excerises or anything I can do at home inside cause its freezing outside please let me know and any tips to avoid snackeing much appreicated too :] thanks!
heyy if you can try eating less dairy, sodas,juice (even fresh) , bread,junk and do when you wake up 100 jumping jack and before you sleep 100 and eat snacks (fruits and vegetables) and eat a small amoount of rice and more vegebtales

you can do crunches and situps unless you got excersise machines thats pretty much it besides getting weights to lift you could eat more salad more fruits and just relax on the junk food.
play a sport and eat more fruits and veggies! good luck
