What is a good, unique idea for facepainting?

In Art we did a butterfly, and a tiger but now we have to do our own. I want something that would be easy to do.

Spiderman mask, a bat with the nose being the body (head right above) and the wings over the eyes, a dog, a globe with the background blue, and the continents different colors, a panda, a tree sprouting up with the nose as the trunk, the batman symbol over the eyes and nose.

Anything that has a line of symmetry so you can continue on the other side. Consider that most paints and inks are poisonous, so only use specialized paints for the skin.
