How can I tell her how I feel without ruining our friendship?

there is this girl i met over the net about a month and a half ago, and i really like her a lot, and i think she likes me, we have a lot of things in common, and like the same kind of food, but we live about 6 states apart, and we have a 1 year grade difference.. and she likes this other guy which i hate, he is always mean to her, idk why she even likes him, she means the world to me, but idk how to tell her that without her like freaking out and i don’t wanna ruin our friendship, we both love talking to eachother and she makes me smile and laugh, which not many people can do, and we usaully stay up all night and talk, but my problem is that in recent days we haven’t been talking as much because i don’t know what to talk to her about i’ve really just don’t know we talked about just about everything, shes the sweetest girl i ever met in my life though, and i think i love her but idk, and idk how to tell her i like her, i don’t wanna ruin our friendship

if u feel that it’s right for u to tell her, my advice would be to tell her and don’t forget to mention that if she doesn’t feel the same u don’t want her to be freaked out or for ur friendship to suffer cux of that. good luck
