How can I win over this girl?

There is this girl that I really like, but i havn’t known her for too long so i dont want to ask her out. On the other hand, there is this overly cocky, arrogant guy who i think likes her only for her looks. He is totally gross, but also popular and would have no problem marching right up to her and asking her out. I know she is nice and all, but i have no idea if she would say yes to him. I need your advice u, what do i do?

change of plans. ya know what? That guy is going out with her. Thats why i saw them all over together and him following her. I went on her myspace to finally ask her out and tell her how i feel and on her headline in bold letters was I LOVE YOU JOE… Ya know wat? If shes gonna sink that low and go out with that low life, i dont care. It hurt a little because i was always thinking, anybody but him, anyone. The same thing happened with the other girl i liked, but at least the other guy was nice. I thought she deserved better. guess not…
