Everyone has differant tastes in life. And some people are negative because of jelousy or self esteem issues. Do something nice for her and see if her adittude changes. If is does she was just having a hard time with life and if she acts ungrateful about the nice thing you did you should talk to her about it. See what's going on with your friend. You never know when sometimes a bad friend is just a friend who needs a shoulder to cry on.
Sometimes it takes one friend to help a friend like that. Doing something nice for her will make her feel cared about. And it will make you feel good about yourself for doing something nice. Be a good friend to her but don't make yourself feel bad because of it.
