Why do I have so much trouble with the sims, theres always a problem on all of my computers?

all sorts, when installing it. comin up with ‘failed to copy files’ and ‘ABORTING’ and in-game like uno u hav more than one neighbourhood, well i can only save my progress on the first one all the others wont save :S and when installing expansion packs its fine the first time i play it and then wen i quit but go to play it another day it asks me to uninstall them, thats the main problem :(

Well it sounds like it’s the computer…I have played the Sims before with no problem on my previous computer…but on my other two computers I can’t play them…It could be you don’t enough space, memory, or your computer is not compatible with the game…

well if by problems u mean the game is running slowly and freezing it might be because ur computer is old i was told to play the sims on a newer computer.

Don’t worry, it happens to me too!!! Here’s what u do: If there’s a “Launch Analysis” option, click on that and then send that in an email to EA. They should be able to help you. Good luck :)

Hmmm, exactly what comp would be best? I hear alien ware are the best but the price! chuhhhh

that actually sounds like a problem with teh game itself and not your system.. for reference, what are your specs? are you uptodate with all the game patches and windows update fixes?

if you go to my xfire profile http://funadvice.com/r/3kh93hku47 and scroll to the bottom where it says Gaming Rig and if you could pretty much tell me most of that that would be great. leave out the case, mouse, mouse mat, speakers, monitor etc etc

erm it would be better to build your own if you want a new system..

if you have managed to fix it just ignore me haha
