Is there a website where you could text a cell phone and get replys back??

yes. I use yahoo messenger.

go to actions then send an SMS message and you can message a person or IM them and the person will get it as a text message w/o any extra charge.

Most cellphone service providers have an application on their site that allows you to send a text to a cellphone, but I’m not so sure about receiving a message back.

Yes - It depends which cell phone provider you’re texting, some sites will ask you to put in your e-mail address and the person replies it goes to your e-mail.

well you can download aim and aim allows you to text people from it ..then yahoo email you can send texts to people and recive back well any email account you have you can I use to do it when my parents took my cell =]..other then that I dont know sorry
