Does anyone else pay more than 9,500$ for taxes?
Well, in the US, if you make say, 50K per year, you're single with no dependents - then in total, you'll be paying around that much.
And the national average for wages in 2000 was 42K per year, given inflation, it should be around 50K by now per year...
...however, of course, it depends on where you live. In the Bay Area, you'd be scraping by to make that much, other areas, you'd be doing incredibly well. :)
Most folks don't share their personal income, taxes, etc, in public, b/c everybody's situation is different.
