How do you give up sweets?
You need to do it little by little, or else you'll have a kind of low, where you have no energy at all. You're probably addicted to sugar, a lot of people are though, I think I am myself. Eat foods that taste good, but don't have more than 4 grams of sugar. Natural sugars preferably. Like yogurt, fruit and all the classic diet foods are great. Good luck. Peace.
Drink plenty of water, everytime the urge comes, you will be to full of water to even want any sweets.
