Now my youngest daughter, whom is only 9 is trying to follow in my oldest daughters footsteps, I caught her trying to cut herself :-(:-( why is raising kids gotta be so hard

You have to learn them with discipline on childhood so they grow up as normal people. Take a belt and give some discipline to Your daughter

o.o thats horrible just sit her down and talk to her about how thats wrong… thats kinda scary and ya ik what you mean my dad has raised me and my little brother by himself and hes never had to hit us when we did something wrong he just had to like look at us haha n we got all scared lol or he would just lecture us haha that works to
