Summer School

Right after I started to settle in after walking in the front door,my mom starts asking a hand full of questions about summer school,I told her I didn’t want to go this year cause it always screws up my vacation time. I’m only failing 2 small classes, none of the huge classes. What should I do before I go bazerk on her?

IMHO, unless you have a real good job for the summer, I’d recommend that you go to summer school and improve your grades. You’ll have the whole rest of your life to “play” but you only have a few short years in which to get a good education.

How you invest your time, now, is going to help determine the rest of your life.

  Friendship is continuous!

Those whom I meet, as Friends I greet, And as a Friend I treat them so; That when in need, or sadly grieved, I may help their Spirits grow.

So when I hear, upon my ear, The sounds of troubled Souls; I can do no less, then to do my best, To help them toward their goals.

And I know I’ll find, with the passage of time, That I’ve helped their Spirits grow some; And though appreciated, thanks aren’t awaited, For my friends are always welcome.

Relax and understand that she is asking you those questions because she cares so don’t go beserk on her. It’s not a good thing to be failing classes..a good thing to do is to bring your gpa up by taking classes and doing your best in them. Vacation time has no effect on your gpa so reconsider your reason for not wanting to going to summer school. After you find one, talk to your mother about your plans to do better in your classes.
