Personally, I prefer none, but some people like to sweeten their tea, it can also depend on what kind of tea you’re drinking. Just add a little at a time until you like the flavor. Milk is another thing you can add if you feel like it.

I always have added honey :) Just add a little at a time and taste and stop when it’s at the point you like :)

Ive actually done that. Also, maple syrup. But thats just because I loooove maple syrup.
