How can I get stronger nails?

There definitely is. When my acrylic nails come off, my nails are so thin and chipped, the only thing that really helps is a nail strengthening polish applied twice a day. I also use a nail strengthening oil that contains Vitamin E and Vitamin C after the polish has dried on my nail and cuticles. You just massage it in & leave it for 20 minutes. You don’t need to apply it everyday too. About 2-3 times a day will be fine. I recommend you look for Sally Hanson products. They’re the best. There are also creams and vitamins special for strengthening nails. Besides that, make sure your daily meals include a good amount of zinc which helps your nails.
