lay down, turn the lights off/down, and try not to move your head around to much. If you are getting really dizzy avoid looking at the computer or watching tv. Try just listening to music and taking a nap. I know its not the most fun thing to do, but if you are sick it might help. Also, ginger pills (all natural and completely safe, you can get them from like CVS, Rite Aid, grocery stores, or like Walmart -almost anywhere) can help with dizzyness or nausea <they dont work on all people, but there is no harm in trying. just relax and get better :)
Yeah its works just hope it doesn't make u sick, codeine makes me very nascious when I take it
Well it works for me, and then I wake up and feel right as rain.
Make sure your eating healthy, take a rest.
Sit down an put ur head between ur knees
Take codeine and then pass out.
