How do you stop an avocado going brown after you cut it?

well that’s simple!! you eat it before it goes brown!! :P ahaha or put it in a ziplock then put it in the fridge! :)

ohhh i forgot to say, leave in the pit - don’t take it out! squirting it with a bit of lemon helps too :)

Lime juice is better than lemon for avocado, actually … the flavour of lime blends better with avocado than lemon.

i love avocado… i always find it tricky when to eat them, i cant stand them when they are hard, so i just feel them and if they are soft i open it. however, if its too ripe and brown i just throw it out? am afraid to eat it? sometimes in shops they have a sticker with eat me on it and keep me until x date, i find that helpful. look out for them they tell you when to eat it!!!
