The first answer saying that all the muscle you gain turns to fat? Are you serious? No, just no. If you stopped training and had a crap diet, then yes you will get fat, however, muscle cant turn into fat guys.. Just like fat cant turn into muscle. Ignore the first two answers and do your own research, and not from sites that are run by the media, because they know very little if anything on the subject.
