wear something that lets cold air hit you, so that you dont get sleepy. works a little too well for me because it makes me hyper and got my seat moved :)
ahahha get more sleep maybe lol just kidding ummm maybe sitting near a window so all the cold air comes in and keeps you cold to distract u lol I dont know
people w/ eating disorders have that problem with staying awake and focusing..your body is fighting so hard to get what it needs and will take it from areas it can just to survive and then you run on empty and how long can you do that? Not long…same with your question about dry skin on your face…your body is dehydrated. Believe me, I know its tough. I wish you the best Sweetie! (Mother of a 14 yr old w/ anorexia, diagnosed at 14)
you need your rest. sleep away
Sit in the front row…(directly in front of the teacher lol)
Sleep more at night and eat breakfast.
get up and walk around. get a drink of water. take notes on what your teacher is saying.
pay attetion
I have sleep apnea and narcilepsy, (sp?) and before they prescribed me to Provigil, I found that siting on the front row helped some (and informing my teachers beforehand I had a problem, they cut me some slack when I did nod out after that)
