Is their any states where you can get pierced at 16 without a parent/guardian?
I'm pretty sure there are some places that do. Although I wouldn't dare get a piercing done there because if they disregard the law when it comes to piercing minors then who knows what else they couldn't give two sh*ts about including the quality of their jewellery and hygiene of the equipment. I don't live in the US but the legal age here is 16, you might have to look up what states are definitely 18.
"Allowing" and "legally piercing" are two different things. Especially in the US. No need to be so rude madam.
