i don’t think i really believe in soul mates but i do believe that some people a more compatible (for want of a better word) than others. . when you say they were married to someone else do yuo mean they weren’t together when you met or that they were. if they weren’t together it seems they realised themselves that they were not “soul mates” and without going so far as to condoning going after a married person you have to remember that people get married for al sorts of reasons, and even if they were in love, they may not be anymore, or it may not be the sort of love you two have together.

Yes, he can, but if he is currently married then you should stay out of it. Because sometimes love manifests itself as infatuation.

Yes they can….lots of people are willing to “settle” at the time they get married….not to mention, people change, and your soulmate might not have appeared to be so, way back when.
