Answer #1

I think it would be…yeah. I’m almost positive it is.

Answer #2

Answer #3

haha :)) thats how i feel (:

Answer #4

NO. Isn’t it 10ab?? D:

Answer #5

i have no clue its either that or 25 it might be 10… who knows.. :D stupid geom. teacher giving homework on the first day

Answer #6

10ab…..5a+5b=10ab..or 10b

Answer #7

i don’t think it’d be 10ab because you’re not multiplying a and b, you’re adding. but at the same time i don’t know the real answer… i don’t think it’s possible to solve without it being 5a+5b=_

Answer #8

it would be 5(a+b) as ur final answer. it wouldnt be 10ab because a and b are not like terms. if u dont know what a or b are, then 5(a+b) would be the answer in simplest form. im in algebra rite now and we like JUST had that lesson:P

Answer #9

I actually took this part of math in my Junior year, I believe the answer would be 25b. That type of Algebra is pretty easy if you know what your doing.

Answer #10

so what happened to the a?

Answer #11

Wow people, I know it’s summer, but you cant have all forgotten your math. There’s no solution to that question. Let me put it this way, a = apples, b = bats, 5 apples and 5 bats = 5 apples and 5 bats. You cant do anything with it. The best you could do is 5 (a + b). But that’s not really solving it.

5a x 5b = 25ab

There is no conceivable way to get a 10ab (because even if you’re multiplying, 5x5 = 25).

10ab does not equal 10b

Answer #12

neither you cannot add unlike terms.

Answer #13

that would def be the best way to answer this question. Algebra is all about simplifying. I hope she listens to your post and no one elses

Answer #14

Thank you! Geometry is so hard.
