This is quite common, are you eating healthy (especially breakfast) and exercising? Those are the most common causes, or you could be pregnant, or if you are on the pill that can effect your energy levels. Otherwise if it is quite bad you should see a doctor because it could be chronic fatigue syndrome.
its normal ... its your bedtime . your body is use to sleeping around that time & so is mine I could wake up at 3pm but still fall asleep around 9 or 10 I'm not today because I'm all hyped up with candy lol

I eat properly, I do lots of exercises... a friend said because I have this low blood preasure...
