Do the things that calm you, like slow deep breathing exercises, a warm shower, a cup of tea and a cookie, read a book, whatever. Think about the relaxing of your muscles as you do this regimen. Make sure the bedroom is set for sleeping, comfy bed, lights out, pleasant aromas, etc. Then listen to yourself breathe. Good luck and good zzz's
you can always try this...
go to sleep at whatever time you go to sleep then wake up like around 8 or 9 in the moring then do not take a nap at all in the day until its time for you to go to sleep like around 10-12 hope ii help!!!=]
listen to music... dont do anything 1 hour prior to going to sleep that gets your heart racin or you alert... I just read my psychology book that puts me to sleep...lol
Dont concentrate on anything else but your breathing. Think to yourself, "Breathe in, breathe out" Also, try taking a hot shower or bath before bed.
