Losing weight is all about good diet Situps & crunches Tone up the muscles in your lower and middle abs to make it less flabby!!

Push ups build and tone the muscles in the upper boy(arms, shoulders and back)

Not really, since they do not burn that many calories. The best excersize is cardio excersize (running, swimming, ect.) that get your heart rate moving.
