Does anyone have simple recipes for a soft, moist cake or cupcakes?

Vanilla or chocolate, or really, any other sort of cake. It just has to be simple and hard to mess up.

Well, you can get a package of normal cake mix, add some mayo (gross but only add a little you won’t taste it and it keeps it moist) thats about as easy as it gets.

i known people use sour cream as well and it is really moist. Also greek yogurt plain, might work

You could try creating a small or large cake, with whipped cream mixed wit any flavor jello(though if you like strawberries, then get strawberry flavor) and you need a whole container of whipped cream, mix 1 pkg. of jello in, to create a creamy color, then once there, smear it onto the cake ‘all over’ ;D optional- add sliced strawberries and put anywhere you like. it’s relatively easy to make, and addictive^^
