Should I stay or should I go?

If he wants to meet you, meet in a public place (mall)in your town or one close that you are familar with. Have a close friend kinda hanging out and spying on you. When the meeting is over, then talk it over with your friend and get his/her opinion.

No you def should stay where you live, fair enough he is a great guy, but when he disappeared do you know where he went? and why he didnt contact you? then when its convieniant for him again he is back, now he is coming to see you, fair enough see him, get to know him face to face, but dont pack up your life and leave with him after only meeting him once. I know you have been speaking to him for 4 years, but that doesnt mean you know someone, if you continue seeing each other for a while then consider it.

well thats a tough question ive kinda been in your position befor ok heres what i would do if hes every thing he says he is i would go with him for a while like a month or somthing and see if you like it and him what ever you get what i mean. if he makes you smile and happy and if your friends and fam like him then go for it. but pppplease be careful ok. where at in ohio does he live i live in jackson ohio but i go to school in gallipolis
