Is it sexual harrasment if someone kicks you in the boob?
Sounds more like physical assault to me. That would hurt.

It could be if it was meant to be sexual in nature. Sexual harassment is technically defined as any “intimidation, bullying or coercion of a sexual nature.” Being kicked in the chest sounds more like physical assault. No matter what category it falls under specifically, if it was something that was unwelcome then it’s wrong and should be brought to the attention of the proper authority figure.
Yeah that’s definitely physical assault, if they grabbed or touched your inappropriately thats sexual harassment , I’m sure law enforcement would even consider that sexual assault.
I don’t think it would be classes as sexual harassment, as it’s more intentional assault if anything.
