Can you have too much sexual activity in a certain amount of time?

like are there consequences or side affects? b/c my gut has been hurting for a strait 24 hrs now i think that may be why….

Over-doing it once isn’t going to hurt you other than maybe bruising. But I know that constantly having too much sex can lead to poor stimulation, lack of interest, impotence and prem ejaculation for guys.

I have found, and of course this is anecdotal and I don’t have any empirical data, that I can have no more than 7 sexual encounters during a 24 hour period. By sexual encounter, I mean where I ejaculate. After that, I am generally too tired to perform and fall asleep, but some of the issues raised above are nonsensical. For example, poor stimulation, premature ejaculation and impotence have not afflicted me. In fact, I usually have trouble ejaculating the 6th and 7th time which is not appreciated by my girlfriend after about 2 hours of rough pounding.
