I never have anything good to say about myself...Whats wrong?
There is nothing wrong with that. :) Many girls go through periods like that, so you aren't the only one. You just need to believ in yourself in every thing that you do.
I know this will sound terribly horrible and self centered but do the following: When you wake-up in the morning look at your self in the mirror and smile. Start listing things that you like about yourself even if you don't believ them and say them out loud. If you like music, put your favorite song on and listen to it while doing this. Your best friend is yourself. AND THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN EITHER BUILD YOU UP OR BURN YOU DOWN IS YOURSELF. :) ...There is no harm in trying this. Believ me it works.
1ST YOU CAN LOOK INTO THE MIRROR ...
AND LOOK LONG AND HARD ABOUT WHO ARE YOU AND WHEN YOU FIND YOUR SELF DEEP DOWN INSIDE YOUR SPIRIT YOU WILL BE UPLIFTED... COME ON NOW YOU ARE GORGIOUS LOVELY YOUNG LADY... YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR HEAD UP HIGH AND WALK OUT SIDE AND CAUSE CAR ACCIDENTS...!!!
Its hard to get self esteem, I know. But what you can do is just look at yourself in the miorror, and tell yourself "I am gorgous, I am Beautiful, I am smart...etc", and keep repeating it, and sooner ot later you'll see the truth, I garantee it.
Perhaps you just don't see what everyone else sees, and therefore have a lesser view of yourself than you should - it happens a lot. As long as you are comfortable with who you are, then don't worry about it.
you just sound human to me...most of us let others see our good points and yet we ourselves are blind to our attributes..you are perfectly normal other than needing to believe in yourself.
it takes a while to accept yourself and you will it may just take time you dont see what others see your pritty once you heve gained confidence others will see and respect u
