sebaceous bumps

I have bumps on my penis and balls they have only gotten worse with my age they are on my shaft at the bottom all the way around and they go up the base of my head on the bottom side.

my girlfriend has giving me a hand job before and she has giving me a bj and shes never said anything about these bumps… they have not been talked about.. but the thing is she hasn’t seen my pen*s in the light so she might not even know they are there .. my question is does anyone know how I can get rid of them or am I worried for no reason? maybe she knows they are there and doesn’t care ?? does anyone here have a boyfriend with what I’m describing do you mind the bumps? If anything to me I think they would promote more pleasure during intercourse but the only thing is they arent that attractive .. I don’t know I guess they have pros and cons.

I have exactly the same problem, with the girlfriend bits and all!!!

haha this is a little weird in fact, but yeah, I really dont know anything about them haha we are in the same boat here
