Can you think of a school-wide rule that you believe violates your constitutional rights?
Our freedom of speech is violated many times lol.
The pledge.
I was never allowed to pursue happiness in school.
Freedom of speech, freedom of relgion (they say you can’t bring up relgions but have relgiouse clubs and such), Unreasonable searches, Makeing kids say the pledge and sing the star spangled banner, but it all depends on which school’s you go to. Almost every school i’ve been to does these though.
You have to stand up for it out of respect, but you don’t have to zay it. So it doesn’t violate anything. :P
i can think of a lot of rights like freedom of speech freedom of religion and pursuit of happiness
